About the Business
BotMake.site lets businesses deploy AI-powered sales reps and support agents without code. What's under the hood: - Multi-model: GPT-4o, Claude, Grok — user picks - RAG knowledge base: upload PDF, DOCX, CSV → bot answers from your data - Multi-agent orchestration: sales bot hands off to support bot mid-conversation - Omnichannel: Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram in one inbox - Function calling + webhooks: native n8n/Make.com integration - Voice transcription, auto follow-ups, human handoff, analytics dashboard What you're buying: - Full source code + deployment docs - Domain (botmake.site) + studio app - All design assets and branding - 2 weeks handoff support Included in price: - Full Stripe integration (US/EU ready) - Complete English translation Perfect for: agency owners, automation consultants, anyone with distribution who doesn't want to build from scratch.
Business Model
SaaS subscription model with tiered pricing: - Trial: $10 one-time — test the platform - Minimum: ~$110/mo — unlimited agents, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, webhooks, analytics - Enterprise: Custom pricing — white-glove setup, SLA, priority support Revenue drivers: - Monthly subscriptions (core) - WhatsApp channel fees ($0.30/day per number — passed through) - Setup/onboarding services (optional upsell) Unit economics are strong: infrastructure costs are low (user brings their own LLM API keys), margin on subscriptions is 80%+. Three clients at $300/mo covers basic operating costs.
Competitive Landscape
- Botpress, Voiceflow — powerful but complex, enterprise pricing, steep learning curve - Tidio, ManyChat, Chatfuel — mass market but weak AI, no real RAG capabilities - Intercom, Drift — expensive, locked ecosystems, not automation-friendly - Custom dev agencies — $50-150k builds, 6+ month timelines BotMake's edge: serious AI capabilities (multi-model, RAG, function calling) with no-code simplicity and native webhook architecture for n8n/Make.com users. It's the "pro tool for non-developers" gap that bigger players ignore.
Reason for Selling
I build. I don't sell. I rebuilt the RAG pipeline 3 times, stress-tested webhooks on real client workflows, designed the UI for non-technical users. The product is ready. But cold outreach, sales calls, demo scheduling, chasing invoices? That's not where I add value. I run an AI consultancy and content business that demand my attention. This project needs someone with distribution — an agency owner already selling to SMBs, an automation consultant with a client list, or a marketer who can turn good tech into paying customers. I'm not that person.
