Reason for Selling

Cutelyx was developed as a solo project and has reached an advanced beta stage with core functionality implemented. The project is being offered for sale to allow a buyer with more resources, marketing capabilities, or an existing audience to accelerate growth, commercialization and public launch. The technology foundation is already built, including AI Shorts generation, local transcription, video editing and export workflows. I am focusing on other opportunities and believe the product has greater potential in the hands of a team that can dedicate resources to scaling and distribution.
