Built in September 2025, this pre-revenue, pre-user EdTech startup is ready for the next owner to scale. Our Vision To eliminate excuses and provide students with a distraction-free system where focus, discipline, and measurable progress are guaranteed. BUT BEFORE GOING ON WE WANT TO EXPLAIN THAT WHY I AM SELLING IT This project was born out of a real struggle. As a student myself, I faced the same problems every day — losing focus, getting distracted, and wasting hours while exams came closer. I built GUIDANS because I wanted to create the kind of platform I personally needed — something that destroys excuses, keeps you disciplined, and ensures real study progress. The concept is strong, the foundation is built, and the branding is ready. But here’s the truth: ? I am still a full-time student. That means I don’t have the time or bandwidth to handle operations, marketing, and scaling this business. That’s why GUIDANS has zero revenue and zero users so far — not because the idea doesn’t work, but because the creator has to prioritize studies over running a startup at this stage of life. I believe someone with the right resources, experience, and network can take this forward and unlock its true potential. GUIDANS deserves to grow, and I’d rather pass it on than let it sit idle.
