About the Business

AI Social Media Bot Platform — Full Source Code ($14K OBO) ~29K lines TypeScript. Full source: backend API, Next.js dashboard, 10 workers. Dual-platform (Facebook + X/Twitter), LLM content generation, fingerprint anti-detection, bot detection engine. Docker + PM2 ready. Free updates for 6 months (roadmap: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Replacement cost $150K+. Built as technology asset, not commercialized. Pre-revenue. Buyer deploys and scales for own use case.

Business Model

This is a full source code / technology asset sale — not a commercialized SaaS. The platform was built as technology, not as a revenue-generating business. The buyer acquires the complete codebase (~29K lines TypeScript, 80+ files, 41 migrations, 10 production workers) to deploy, scale, or productize for their own use case. Monetization potential for buyer: - Convert to subscription SaaS ($49-$99/month per bot) - Sell as OSINT monitoring tool to security firms ($9.75B market) - White-label to political marketing and reputation management agencies - Sell pre-configured bot packages by industry - Integrate additional platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube roadmap included) Currently pre-revenue. Built over months of solo R&D. Includes 4 months of free features and updates and setup support.

Competitive Landscape

JarveePro ($79/month, 10K+ users) — uses API + browser hybrid, detectable Somiibo (200K+ users) — modular bot system, templated content FollowLiker — legacy, declining market share iBot advantages over competitors: - 100% real browser automation (Playwright + fingerprint anti-detection), not detectable via API - Built-in bot detection engine (BFS graph analysis, 7-signal scoring) — can monitor its own detectability - LLM-powered comments per bot personality (20 reply styles, toxicity control, human realism) - Human behavior simulation: Bezier curve mouse paths, Gaussian delays - Browser crash recovery: 30+ catch blocks, auto-recreate and continue OSINT/threat intelligence market: $9.75B (2024) → $41.47B (2032), 19.83% CAGR. Maltego recently acquired two social media monitoring startups.

Reason for Selling

I'm a solo developer pivoting to a new project. I built this platform over months of focused R&D — reverse-engineering social media detection systems, testing LLM prompting strategies, and designing human-like browser behavior. I have the technical skills to build, but not the marketing and sales skills to commercialize it. The codebase is production-tested, well-documented, and ready to deploy. I genuinely want the project to succeed, which is why I'm including 4 months of free updates and setup support. The right buyer can take this further than I ever could. I also need the money. But more than that, I want this code to end up in the hands of someone who can scale it — whether as a SaaS, an internal tool, or a product for their existing client base.
