About the Business
N.D.A.I. delivers privacy‑first pitch audits that redact sensitive content, score trust, readiness, and confidentiality, and issues two types of verification badges — Privacy and Readiness. Founders receive concise, non‑retentive edits to minimize IP exposure; investors get faster, lower‑risk diligence and verified pitch integrity.
Business Model
N.D.A.I. uses a dual-market freemium + verification model designed for scalability, data security, and predictable recurring revenue. 1. Founder-Facing Model Freemium Tier: Founders can audit one pitch free per month, with AI redaction and a basic trust score. Premium Subscription ($29–$99/month): Unlocks unlimited audits, enhanced confidentiality filters, custom redaction control, and exportable Privacy/Readiness Badges. One-Time Audit & Badge Issuance ($149–$299): Used by founders who want an independently verified, shareable audit report for investors. 2. Investor & Platform Model Enterprise/API Licensing: VCs, angel groups, and crowdfunding platforms pay to integrate N.D.A.I. verification badges and audit workflows directly into their submission pipelines. Verification-as-a-Service: Each submitted pitch can be batch-audited and scored, providing uniform trust metrics across hundreds of submissions. 3. Future Revenue Extensions “Verified by N.D.A.I.” Partner Network: Similar to “SSL for startup pitches” — badges signal safe, standardized, privacy-verified documents. Cross-Sector Data Trust Layer: Expansion into industries where confidential submissions are common (e.g., procurement, research proposals, or talent scouting).
Competitive Landscape
While there are several tools that touch parts of what N.D.A.I. does, there’s currently no direct competitor offering a privacy-first pitch audit that combines automated redaction, trust and readiness scoring, and verifiable privacy and readiness badges for both founders and investors. That said, there are a few platforms that operate in adjacent spaces: PitchLeague.ai — focuses on AI-driven feedback and scoring for pitch decks, mainly around structure and storytelling. It helps founders refine messaging but doesn’t address confidentiality, IP protection, or investor trust verification. SeedBlink Pitch Review — provides manual pitch-deck feedback and an investability score for early-stage founders. It’s useful for presentation coaching, not for privacy-safe audits or verification. V7 Go and Evalyze.ai — these are AI-based due diligence tools designed for investors. They automate parts of the diligence process but are not built for founders and don’t protect sensitive information before it’s shared. Xapien — offers AI due diligence and reputational risk assessments, mainly in compliance and finance. While they focus on trust signals, their use case is not tailored to startup fundraising or pitch integrity. How N.D.A.I. Differentiates Where those solutions analyze or grade content, N.D.A.I. authenticates it. We’re the first platform built specifically to: Redact sensitive or proprietary material before it leaves a founder’s hands. Score each pitch for Trust, Readiness, and Confidentiality, providing a quantitative layer of credibility. Issue verification badges (“Privacy Verified” and “Readiness Verified”) that signal to investors that the pitch has been independently audited for accuracy, professionalism, and safe disclosure. Deliver non-retentive feedback, meaning we don’t store founder data or retain IP — a crucial distinction in a world increasingly concerned about data security and AI training exposure. In short, while others help founders improve their decks, N.D.A.I. helps them prove their decks — to investors, to partners, and to themselves.
Reason for Selling
N.D.A.I. is fully built and live, developed to demonstrate the market need for privacy-first pitch verification. I’m selling because I’ve reached the milestone I set — launch and validation — but I don’t have the bandwidth to scale user acquisition or integrations. It’s a turnkey product ready for someone with marketing or growth resources to take it forward.
