About the Business
ShopiTrack AI is a "smart assistant" for Shopify store owners. Most inventory apps are just boring tables of numbers, but this lets a user actually "chat" with their data. It tells you exactly what products are dying, what’s about to sell out, and what you should restock today. The "Magic" inside: I’ve spent a lot of time perfecting the AI logic. It doesn't just guess—it looks at real Shopify sales data through an API and gives actual advice. The code is very clean, built on the Lovable + Supabase stack, which means it’s super fast and costs almost nothing to host. Most store owners "guess" what to buy next. I wanted to build a tool that uses real data to tell you exactly what’s working and what’s wasting your space. I am selling the entire software, code, and IP because I am moving on to a new project and want to give this to an entrepreneur who can scale it. What does this tool actually do? There are two "brains" inside this software that help a business owner save money: The Dead Stock AI Analyzer: This is the "Emergency Button." It scans your inventory and tells you exactly how much money is "trapped" in products that haven't moved in 30, 60, or 90 days. In my demo tests, it identified over $74,000 in dead stock for a single user. The Predictive Stock Brain: This is the "Growth Engine." Instead of looking at the past, it looks at the future. It predicts your next "Winners" so you know exactly which items to restock and which to let go. No more guessing. Key Features: Warehouse Optimizer: Tells you which products are taking up too much physical space compared to the profit they bring in. Inventory Intelligence Assistant: A clean, easy-to-read dashboard that gives you a "health score" for your store. Automated Insights: It identifies trends that a human eye would miss in a messy spreadsheet.
Business Model
How it Works: ShopiTrack AI connects directly to a Shopify store via an API. Once connected, it pulls in all the product and sales data. Instead of looking at a confusing dashboard, the owner can just "talk" to the app. They can ask things like, "What should I stop selling?" or "Which items will run out of stock next week?" and the AI gives them a clear, smart answer based on their real numbers. ShopiTrack AI uses a Private Shopify Integration. This is great because it means the store owner has total control over their data. You just plug in your private Shopify API keys, and the AI starts reading your store's info immediately. It’s built to be a "private consultant" for the business, keeping all the sales and inventory data secure and direct. The Opportunity: Most Shopify apps are either too simple or way too expensive and complicated. This project hits the "sweet spot." It gives small and medium brands high-level inventory insights without the enterprise price tag. Since it’s built on a modern stack (Lovable + Supabase), the running costs are almost zero for the owner, making the profit margins very high. Business Model (How to make money): The "Premium Service" Model: Instead of a cheap $5 app, you can sell this as a $99/month "VIP Inventory Assistant" for serious brands. White-Label for Agencies: Agencies can use this private setup to manage their clients' stores without the clients ever knowing what software is running in the background. One-Time Setup Fee: Since it’s a private integration, you could charge a $500 setup fee to connect a brand's store and a monthly fee after that to keep the AI running. Data Security: You can market this to stores that are worried about their data. Because it's a private integration, their info isn't being shared across a massive public platform. Why this is a great start: The "engine" is already built and tested. A buyer doesn't have to spend months on development—they just need to focus on getting their first 10 customers to have a profitable business.
Competitive Landscape
Competitors Stocky (by Shopify): This is the main one most people know. It’s good for basic stuff, but it’s just a bunch of tables and buttons. It doesn't actually "talk" to you or give you smart advice; you have to find the answers yourself. Inventory Planner: This is a huge, expensive tool for giant companies. It’s very complicated to set up and usually costs way too much for a small or medium store owner just starting out. Excel / Google Sheets: Believe it or not, this is the biggest competitor. Most store owners spend hours every week doing manual math in spreadsheets. ShopiTrack AI replaces all that boring work with a 2-second chat. Why this project is better: The main difference is the AI Chat. Most competitors make you look at 50 columns of data to figure out what’s wrong. With this project, you just ask, "What’s my biggest waste of money right now?" and it tells you. It’s built for the busy store owner who doesn't want to become a data scientist just to manage their stock.
Reason for Selling
I have other Projects to do. So instead of keeping it myself without using. I done this project because i identify a serious problem Shopify owners face and struggle.
