We've all been there, tagged in a thread with dozens of messages. Slacksift makes it easy to catch up and respond faster, saving you the hassle of scrolling through a lengthy conversation. It's a practical solution for streamlining your Slack interactions. Slacksift was a brainchild of mine after coming back from being out of office for my honeymoon, I came back to over 200 messages and none of them were that important but some where. Taking the time to catchup and read these, and also to figure out what was being asked and how to reply took me a while to get my head around everything. So I made slacksift, a bot which will take in the threads and summarise them and message me the output.

Business Model

The main model is to charge users for tokens / credits used when utilizing slacksift in their applications. Each transaction logs the total amount of tokens used by the apps users. Gpt charges €0.12 per 1k tokens, slacksift charges €0.45 per 500 tokens. Providing a nice profit.
