About the Business
V-DENSE is a GPU-native CUDA/PyTorch non-generative video repair engine for compressed, AI-video, animation, and grading-fragile footage. It targets: - banding - posterization - fragile gradients - H.264 / 8-bit damage - footage that breaks after LUT, contrast, or shadow lift This is not a finished SaaS and not a generic AI upscaler. It is a production-near engineering/IP asset for a buyer who can productize it into a web app, API, CLI tool, plugin, or GPU-compute workload. Included in the sale: - full source code - GitHub repo materials - presets/configs - video-processing pipeline - EXR/MP4 workflow - docs and run notes - demo materials - known limitations - productionization roadmap - transition support after acquisition Best buyer: AI-video tooling founder, video enhancement/restoration product, post-production automation team, decentralized GPU compute builder, or developer/team that wants to shortcut R&D. Deal terms: - Asking price: $25,000 - Open to offers - Open to $500–$1,000 paid diligence / first-look access - Open to $2,500 option fee credited toward purchase - Full IP sale available - Crypto / Capitalist / escrow possible Current status: Pre-revenue technical asset. The core engineering work is built, but the project needs production hardening, GPU validation, scene-fit calibration, packaging, and commercial demo refinement. Render Network Foundation offered compute-testing credits for 5090-class hardware. This is not a grant award, partnership, or endorsement; it is included only as context for GPU-compute relevance.
Business Model
Current model: pre-revenue full IP / source-code asset sale. The buyer can commercialize V-DENSE as: - paid web app for AI-video / compressed footage repair - API for video enhancement/restoration - CLI tool for studios and post-production teams - white-label repair engine for video tools - GPU-compute workload for decentralized compute networks - licensing layer for AI-video editors and restoration products Short-term monetization option: $500–$1,000 paid diligence / first-look access, credited toward acquisition. Full acquisition target: $25k asking price, open to offers.
Competitive Landscape
Topaz Video AI, AVCLabs Video Enhancer, Pixop, Runway-style AI-video post-processing workflows, internal studio restoration pipelines, generic denoise/upscale tools. V-DENSE is positioned differently: it is a non-generative GPU-native repair core focused on pre-grade artifact survival, compressed footage, AI-video/animation failure cases, gradients, banding, posterization, and H.264/8-bit damage.
Reason for Selling
I do not currently have the hardware/time runway to productize V-DENSE alone. The core engineering work is already built, but it needs production hardening, GPU validation, scene-fit calibration, packaging, and commercial demo refinement. I am selling the full IP so a buyer with stronger GPU/video infrastructure can finish and commercialize it faster.
